Damage during transportation
Items damaged in transit will be returned or exchanged. However, in the following cases, we will not be held responsible.
・Requests made more than 7 days after the delivery date
・If the item has been moved from the original delivery address to a different location by yourself.
About multiple delivery destination orders
We ask that you pay the shipping fee for each shipping address. If the total amount of ordered products exceeds 5,500 yen (including tax) for each destination, shipping is free. If the price is less than 5,500 yen (including tax), we ask that you pay the shipping fee for each destination.
About packing form
Packing is based on cardboard boxes, assembled boxes, and padded envelopes.

About handling when the customer is absent
If you are absent, you will receive a notice of absence from the delivery company.
Please receive the product after adjusting your desired delivery date during the re-delivery period.
If we are unable to reach you at the contact information listed in the absence notice, or if the address is incorrect, the product will be automatically returned to us. We will process the returned product at our discretion.
We will not resend packages that are returned after the delivery company's storage period has passed due to being unable to receive the package due to long-term absence, etc. In addition, even if you do not receive the product after it has been shipped, the following fees will be incurred when the shipment is completed. Please note that after confirmation, we will charge the handling fee that we bear.
