Timing of delivery of services or goods

If we receive your delivery request by around 2:00 pm on weekdays, we will ship it the same day if possible. After that, next day shipping is standard. However, if all office staff are absent, it may take 2-3 days for the item to be shipped.

Matters regarding special provisions regarding returns

・As a general rule, we do not accept returns of products after purchase.

*However, we will only accept returns if the following conditions are met.

・The reason is the initial defectiveness of the product.

・Must be unused and in resalable condition

・Please contact us within 8 days after receiving the product.
